Abstract (EN)
While the origin of the notion of corruption based on B.C.E 4000, it has been the notion of nowadays accustomed. Even blend the milk with water or do bid rigging, corruption unfortunately has been irrepressible, creeping and contagious nation. Although definition is hard in cognitive and has very big importance financially, has big negative influence on international commerce, by political and country's economies. Because the topic of corruption is really wide, in the first part of the thesis discussed the corruption and struggling influencing factors of corruption. By the result of 1917 October revolution after USSR establishment, socializm fact entered to economical literature. In this process, countries have switched to autarky politics and closed the doors to external world. This process continued until the disruption of USSR. As a result of disruption of USSR countries have switched to outward oriented economics. Because the transition process is willing to continue from unwanted situation to wanted situation, this has been nicer for economics while bring extra cost as well. In this study sense of curroption that brings extra cost to economy has been questionnaired by taking some transition countries. In the transition countries; the study of the macroeconomic indicators processes of public size, property rights, democratization processes, inflation and growth, the politics that countries have applied in order to get rid of economic problems during the process have been included. Macroeconomic indicators were evaluated in the study and significant similarities were found in the field of fight against corruption with state characteristics. It has been observed that corruption is low in countries where democratization is high, and corruption is generally high in transition countries.
