Abstract (EN)
In this study we were examined, the determinants of foreign direct investment (FDI) a transition economy in Kyrgyzstan. In the study indepentent variables used in two different models such as: financial indicators and government indicators. In the analysis used for 1996-2014 period data. According to the results of the analysis, variables such as gross domestic product, exchange rate, commerce and government indicators were found to be effective on FDI in Kyrgyzstan. Key words: Kyrgyzstan, Transition economy, Foreign Direct Investment.
