recent years, there has been explanations about the loss of petroleum signifinance, however, petroleum and petroleum products have important to our country. Especially, in our daily life,analysing and estimating of the changes in prices of gasoline and diesel oils have become a necessity. Many models and methods have been developed together advancement of today's technology. These methods are ANFIS and ANN which are the most widely used technology. In this thesis study, it is aimed to forecast a increase or decrease in gasoline and diesel oil prices with the methods of ANFIS and ANN. It had been used WTI crude oil prices, Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (TCMB) dollar rate, BIST point for market, producer price index data and Shell petroleum as fuel for gasoline-diesel prices. All this data had been taken from institutions and organizations website. between dates 2014 January and 2015 December from Shell Coorparation web site.
