Özet (EN)

Rapid changes in technology affect any systems of domains as well as the communication systems. Although changes, in general, have positive effects, sometimes it may cause some problems. One of these problems is end to end secure communication. The most striking work on the problem is FNBDT (Future Narrow Band Digital Terminal)/ SCIP (Secure Communication Interoperability Protocol) Project. In this study, the FNBDT / SCIP protocol developed for the end-to-end secure communications over different networks, has been tested over local area IP network and two different satellite networks from different perspectives through Emulator software. At the end of the test, the limit values of set up calls, voice and data communications are obtained at the different bit error rate and data loss, and these values have been evaluated by comparing with the relevant standards. The study is of great importance as it is the first study executed in terms of its features and content, and it presents the opportunity to establish inputs to subsequent studies with the obtained test data.
