Abstract (EN)
In this study, 41 lactic acid bacteria were isolated from totally 50 samples which were takes that traditional meat products of sausage and pastirma and resistant agains vancomysin, chloramphenicol, rifampicin, tetracycline, erythromycin, nitrofurantoin, ampicillin, gentamicin and siprofloksasin are determined with disc diffusion method .Strains which related to 29 lactic acid bacteria that isolated from 35 sausage samples have been found resistant 100% vancomysin, 97% siprofloksasin, 26,4% nitrofurantoin, 13,2% gentamicin and 6,6% rifampicin. Strains which related to 12 lactic acid bacteria that isolated from 15 pastirma samples have been found resistant 100% vancomysin, siprofloksasin, 41,5% gentamicin and 16,6% rifampicin 8,3% nitrofurantoin ve tetracycline.Key Words: Lactic acid bacteria, antibiotic resistance, traditional meat product
