The effect of traditional medicine on community

For health, having a place in sociology, is not only a physiological aspect but also a social and psychologic case at the same time. Actually, health is a concept that is afffected by the culture of society.Health has been affected by the cultural acumulations, believes, demographics and socio-economic characteristics of society.The main purpose of this project is to find out the reasons why Sivan village prefer treditional theraphies over modern medical treatments, by stating their interests and attitudes in connection with the modern medical institutions, under its social aspects.To sum up, it is clearly understood that demographics, genders, socio-economic situations, cultural diversity and norms are all has a great impact over the process of using medicines and attitudes towards medical services.
