Microeconomicus of income distribution increase: Panel data analysis of selected countries

The inequality of income distribution and the determinants of the income distribution which are in the interest of economists formany years stillmaintains its importance today.Policies to reduce income distribution inequality in economic development.Plays an important role in the agenda of the economies of the country.Althoughtheinequalityhas decreasedin thelongterm, studiesshowthat inequality increases in countryorin the countryinequality. The aim of thisthesis is to investigate the factorsdetermining income distribution inequality with a large dataset for the period 2002-2013. Discussed countries havebeen selected as Russia, Romania, Turkey, Brazil, Ukraine, Peru, Georgia, Uruguay, Thailand, Slovakia, Argentina, Poland, Hungary, Iceland and Ireland.According to the findings of the study, human capital and labor force participation are the most important socio-economic variables in decreasing income distributioninequality.Interms of quality, the importance of qualified humancapital as well as efficient institutionalization focusing on positive energy in labor participation is important.It can be explained as quantity, but it needs to be developed as qualifications.For this reason, it is important that researches in this area will be able to find and to provide data that measure the nature of thesevariables.
