Abstract (EN)

Our thesis topic, revenue-sharing construction contracts, has become an increasingly preferred type of contract in practice in recent years. This contract is based on the principle that the contractor, authorized by the landowner, sells the structure built on the landowner's property, and the revenue generated from the sales is shared between the parties at the rates specified in the contract. In the first chapter of our study, we discuss the definition, legal nature, elements, and form of the contract. The second chapter examines the legal status of third-party buyers, while the third chapter addresses the termination of the contract and legal remedies.
