Abstract (EN)

With the liberalization of the financial markets and the leaving the protection againstportfolio investments, the world economy has been into the globalisation process. With thisprocess, the multinational cooperations that are in activity at more than one countryworldwide, try to get benefits from devoloping countries? natural resources, large domesticmarkets, small costed and qualified workforce. Therefore the multinational cooperationsbegin to move their investments to developing countries.The developing countries are in competition with each other to attract more foreign directinvestments which are more stabilized than portfolio investments, for making their economiesbetter.
