Abstract (EN)
The aim of the study is to investigate the relationship between the fear of missing out and employee performance. For this purpose, data were collected from teachers working in various branches in the public and private sectors in Osmaniye. Analyzes were carried out with the data obtained from 281 questionnaires. Explanatory factor analysis, independent sample t-test, descriptive statistics, normality test, reliability analysis, Pearson correlation, simple linear regression and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used in the analysis of the data. There is no significant relationship between the fear of missing out and contextual performance.
