Comparison of the data of a nationally developed woven pattern design and calculation program with the analysis values of some of the selected finished woven fabrics

In this study of the thesis, it is aimed to test the accuracy of calculations of the data, using a developed national pattern design and calculation program, for weaving production and those of the structural parameters from grey fabric to finished fabrics by comparison of the analysis values of some selected finished woven fabrics. In addition, due to the functionality of the program, loss of time will be minimized and the margin of error arising from fabric production calculations will be minimized, thus preventing excess production losses. It is aimed to implement and disseminate the national pattern design and calculation program in textile companies dealing woven manufacturing due to the opportunities it offers and ease of use. As a result of the comparisons made on selected fabrics, it was observed that there was a 99% closeness between the parametric data of the program modules and the finished fabric structural analysis values and the weaving production parameters determined using these values.
