Evaluating of organizational cynicism and commitment of provincial directorate of youth services and sports coaches

Objectives: The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of organizational cynicism perceptions of organizational coaching perceptions of the trainers of Youth Services and Sports Provincial Directorate. Materials and Methods: In this research, data were collected through the scale within the scope of descriptive survey model. The universe of this study consists of approximately 5,000 people working in the Ministry of Youth and Sports in 2016-2017 with the trainer staff. Random sampling type was adopted as sampling type of the research. The research sample consisted of 798 coaches who participated voluntarily. As a data collection tool, a three-part questionnaire was used. In the first part, demographic characteristics, secand part in "Organizational Commitment Scale" and in the third part "Organizational Cynicism Scale". Kruskal Wallis Test, Mann Whitney U test and Spearman Correlation were used as statistical procedures. α = 0.05 was chosen as the significance level. Findings: The relationship between organizational commitment and organizational cynicism was investigated. A statistically significant and negative relationship between cognitive dimension and emotional commitment and continuation commitment; emotional and emotional commitment, normative commitment, and adherence to the trial were statistically significant and negative; There was a statistically significant and negative correlation between behavioral dimension and emotional commitment and continuity. Conclusion: s a result of the research, a negative correlation was found between the perceptions of the organizational commitment of coaches and perceptions of organizational cynicism.
