Abstract (EN)
It is important for organizations to closely monitor their job satisfaction in terms of productivity and job dependency. In this study, it was aimed to investigate the differences between the age, marital status, gender, education status, duration of study and income level variables affecting job satisfaction levels of the staff. The research group consisted of 122 volunteers, of which 84 were males and 38 were females, working in the provincial youth services of Sakarya and sports provincial directorates. '' Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale '' was used to measure the level of job satisfaction of the staff as data total tool in the research. The obtained data were entered into SPSS program firstly. T-test and ANOVA test were applied in the analysis of the results. The margin of error was accepted as p <05. According to findings, gender, age, marital status, educational status, years of work and income variables according to internal satisfaction, external satisfaction and general satisfaction there were statistical differences were found. As a result, there was a statistically difference (p <01) in favor of males among the gender-altered internal satisfaction sub-dimension of the staff. It has been observed that levels of job satisfaction vary statistically in terms of education, age and income, improvement of income levels, effects of improvements in working conditions of age-related exhaustion, and an increase in satisfaction levels depending on the right relationship between education and satisfaction.
