Investigation of organizational socialization levels of youth and sports provincial directorate (City of Bingöl example)

In this study, the organisational socialization levels of the personel working in the Bingöl Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate were examined together with some domographic variables. 450 personnel working in the city center and district participated in the research voluntarily. In collecting data an information form consisting of questions about determining demograpic characreristics and an organisational socialization scale consisting of job satisfaction, motivation, commitment and acceptance sub-dimensions were SPSS 22.0 package programme was used in the analysis of the data. In addition to descriptive statistics including frequency and percentage distributions, taking into account the skewness and kurtosis values of the data and the number of data in the groups , Independent Sample T from parametric or nonparametric test were used in paired comparisons, and One Way Anova tests were used in multiple comparisons. In the findings of the study ,it was determined that the in service training courses and the total working tear variable had strong effects on the organizational socialization level of the Youth and Sports Provincial Organisation employees. It has been seen that the acceptance dimension which is one of the elements of organizational socialization , is the sub-dimension most affected by demographic variables. It has been determined that there is a linear and strong related partner in the sub-dimensions of job satisfactions, motivations, organizational socialization. It is thought that sending the employees of the institution to in service course or organizing this orientation process by the institution itself will increase the motivation of the employees of the institution.
