This study includes three parts. In the first part; basic definitions and theorems are given. In the second part; sequence spaces X,X(∆),X(u,∆) and X(∆^m) where X;l_∞,c,c_0 are defined. In the thirt part; sequence spaces l_∞ (u,∆^m ),c(u,∆^m) and c_0 (u,∆^m) are defined and given theirs duals.
