Özet (EN)
ABSTRACT This search has completed in order to understand, molecular genetics, recombinant DNA technology and genetic engineering biotechnology. In those days, new scientific developments are coming into being such as genetic determinism and neurogenetic determinism. As we know European scientific studies play important role in new developments. This study combines European studies and their effect on education. According to studies, human behaviours are controlled by genes. Human commands are limited for this reason they can not be responsible for their complex behaviours and only human behaviours are changed by changing their genes so biological determinism is examined in order to show the importance of genes. The people who accepts the idea of genetic determinism give importance to education and their point of view about education is very important and this study reflects their ideas about what they think about education and also the necessity of education.
