A real time MRP II system

Nowadays, the relationship between supplier, manufacturer and customer has been improving quickly. Therefore it is necessary to adapt the production conditions to the rapidly changes in the production.This fact has led the enterprises to realize the production, planning, finance, accounting and purchasing functions by means of computers. Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP II), which combines advanced database software and data acquisition hardware, makes a solution to the enterprises at this stage.In this study, an MRP II (Manufacturing Resource Planning) system is developed and implemented. The proposed real-time and user friendly MRP provided the bottleneck of the application to be eased by reducing the number of input data to a minimum level.
