Abstract (EN)

Nowadays, rapid developments, which have existed because of globalization, impress the daily life and society. Everting is changing rapidly and each day is being different than the other. Organizations have been impressed and been exposed with their all components by this rapid changing. From now on, organizations keeping alive have been changed in the mean of organizations and depended on keeping up with changing. In order to ensure the employees' commitment to the organization and reduce turnover intentions, employees must like their job, they must be satisfied both mentally and financially, and their satisfaction level should be increased in these senses. The purpose of this study is to reveal the effect of organizational change on organizational commitment. The study consists of four main chapters. In the first chapter of the study, the concept of organizational change and in the second chapter, the concept of organizational commitment are explained and the studies in this field are examined. In the third chapter, the effects of the organizational change on the organizational commitment is associated. In the last section, in accordance with the information obtained from the literature review, a public institution employee was applied using survey technique. The data obtained from the survey were recorded on SPSS 24.0 program and the effect of organizational change on organizational commitment is analyzed.
