Abstract (EN)
In this study focuses on Giacomo Puccini's Gianni Schicchi opera; it analyzes the musical, subject and character aspects of the opera. First part of in this study focuses on Puccini's life and his work and especially focuses on subject of his operas. In the second part, Gianni Schicci opera is studied on character, subject and libretto aspects and it further looks into the musical aspect with examples. In the third part, the relation between topic and characters are studied which are inspired from Dante's Divine Comedy and Commedia dell'arte respectively. This work is conducted with the purpose of showing a path to the artist/student who studies a character in the Gianni Schicchi opera with respect to musical, acting or stories which inspired it in an overall manner.
