Abstract (EN)

The era which we are living is the era of entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship has always had a significiant role in the development of the modern civilization. As entrepreneurship spirit may be exist genetically it?s accepted that the components such as family, environment, education and income are important factors of developing it. Although these is not a definite meaning in literature, there are some definite personel properties which must have been in entrepreneurs commonly. The civilazation of the industrial society, taking our world its influence after the middle of the 18th century, has been leaving its place to the knowledge society with a rapid changing. In this social forming; production, consuming administration and leadership methods, based on knowledge, have been developing with the changes in the economic, social, cultural and political structures. The leadership of the knowledge society takes its power from knowledge but not from its position, laws, extraordinary powers and abilities which are believed to exist. In this study the leadership methods will be researching with details and, the similarities and differences will be putting forward between manager, entrepreneur and leader. Competition will have been stronger when ekonomic boundaries are removed with globalization. For continuity of organizations continual changing is the condition. The changing has to be managing correctly. Changing managemet may be exciting and rewarding. People will be leader not inburn but after birth with learning their capability and sufficiency slowly. Whether to be an entrepreneur or to be a leader there would be some properties. Every leader is not a entrepreneur, and every entrepreneur is not a leader.
