Itshowed its affect in the application of technological innovations. Its contribution toimprovements in liberty and democracy domain is as important as the technologicalinnovations. Now a day, conjectural problems of national economies could rapidly convertinto structural problems. To maintain general equilibrium of the economy, to decreaseunemployment and to reduce trade and budget deficits, the help of entrepreneurs isneeded. Education is the most important factor in the development of qualifiedentrepreneurship. Moreover, backing of economic and social conditions is also necessaryfor qualification process. The most important problem of developing countries isincreasing trade deficits. The power of competitiveness depends on the capacity ofcreating innovations. To develop entrepreneurship, sociologic conditions should beprepared. Moral values and jurisprudence security are also as significant as precautionaryincentives of the state. The most important opportunity that entrepreneurs necessitate isfinancing facilities. Financial corporations should assist entrepreneurs who show talent tomake innovations. The future of national financial system which cannot supply thisassistance is controversial. Policies, devoted to increase number and quality ofentrepreneurs, should support existing entrepreneurs as an initial duty. Entrepreneurs, whohave the risk of being unsuccessful because of internal and external conditions, shouldgive priority to precautions dissolving administrative weaknesses.Key Words: Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Economic Development and Competition
