Abstract (EN)
In the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes, glucose measurement has been made by enzymatic method. Factors such as immobilization difficulty of the enzyme, isolation / purification cost, denaturation, dependence on temperature and pH are disadvantages of the method used. In this study, enzyme-free glucose sensor design is aimed and for this purpose, Polyamic acid, Polyamic acid-Nafion, ODPA-Polyimide and ODPA-Polyimide /TiO2 as a coating material were prepared and characterized. Then, working electrode surfaces such as Pt, Au and GC were coated with these coating materials to obtain polymer modified electrodes The usability of the prepared polymer modified electrodes as glucose sensor were tested by CV, DPV and TB techniques and the effects of film thickness, working potential, support electrolyte type and pH on the response characteristics of the related sensors were examined. As a result; It has been found that polyamic acid-Nafion coated material was better adhered to the electrode surface than polyamic acid, glucose responses were better, but both electrodes showed low stability. In studies conducted with ODPA-Polyimide and ODPAPolyimide/TiO2 coated Pt electrodes, more satisfactory results have been obtained for glucose measurement. Keywords: Glucose, Electrode, Enzymeless
