Abstract (EN)
Introduction : Glial tumors constitute 1/3 of primer SSS tumors. GBM is the most endemic form of tumors and the most aggressive primary malignant tumor. In this research we aimed to work on level of mirna which targets PTEN in the tumor tissue with GBM and to determine whether mikorna exists in the tumor tissue or not. Method : 26 patients ,who were operated in our clinic and were reported with glioblastome multiforme, were included in this research. As there were no control group, just the level of mirnas related to PTEN were researched in pathological tissues. Results : In the histopathological examination of cases that have been operated in our clinic, 26GBM tumor has been determined.Ct values of miR-(106b-5p,17-5p,144-3p,19a-3p) in tumor tissue were found. Conclusion : It was found whether microRNAs (106b-5p,17-5p,144-3p,19a-3p) targeting PTEN in GBM tumor tissue exist or not and the level was determined. Keywords: Glioblastome multifome, miRNA, Phosphatase and tensin homolog (PTEN)
