Abstract (EN)
In this thesis consisting of five chapters, some soft structures, global action and soft global action concepts are discussed. It is clear that there is both a logical and methodological similarity between soft set theory and the concept of global action. In the center of this thesis, first these two concepts are examined in detail, then the relationship between these two concepts is put forward and the concept of 'soft global action' is defined and exemplified as a new concept. In the first chapter, some basic concepts that will be needed in the information flow of the thesis are presented. In the second chapter, the concepts of soft set, soft group, soft category and soft action are examined. Particularly, original examples related to the soft set are included. In the third chapter, the concept of global action is discussed, and some original explanations and models are also included. In the fourth chapter, as an original study, the relationship between the soft set and the global action concepts is revealed, and the concept of 'soft global action', an original concept, is defined. In the last chapter, the result obtained are discussed in a general framework, and suggestions are made regarding the contributions of the soft global action to future studies.
