Global politics of Anglican Church

The subject of this thesis, which I prepared with the title of Global Politics of the Anglican Church, is to analyze how the global politics of the Anglican Church, which was born from the official Church of England, were formed and developed and how they were implemented. This analysis was formulized within the framework of British political culture. The Anglican Church describes the structure that was established in England as the Official Church of England and later became the Anglican Communion. The Anglican Church, one of the Reformed Churches, is a product of England's understanding of empire. The Church's becoming a global structure and its activity in the global arena is also a result of the British Empire's colonial expansion policy. When evaluated from this context, the Anglican Church's global policies have been an application area of England's global policies. With this thesis, how the Anglican Church was formed and developed by the British Royal politics was examined in the historical process. The reflections of Anglican global activities on British imperial culture were compared by exemplifying how the Anglican Church spread in the global arena and where it operates. The contributions of the Anglican Church to British Global politics have been examined in the context of Anglican organizations and policies.
