Abstract (EN)

Geoid determination is the design and modeling of data in a way that allows the geoid height of a certain point on the earth to be produced digitally or analogously. Geoid models can be developed and produced for local, regional, national or global areas. Geoid determination methods can be classified according to data to be used in the model and three dimensional models to be produced. This thesis was prepared by using the Diyarbakir-Batman section of the geodetic network study data, taking into account the areas covered by the Ilısu Dam and HEPP Project dam reservoir under construction under the supervision of DSI Ilisu Project Regional Directorate. The operation line, which is approximately 35 km, was terminated at the intersection point of Batman Airport and Batman Stream, starting from the borders of Bismil District of Diyarbakır Province. 31 points were established in the study. GPS sessions and geometric leveling were done to determine the geoid corrections between the points. As a result of the study, the mean geoid height along the route was 23.02 m. It has been observed that geoid corrections change according to terrain topography. On the other hand, three-dimensional perspective images were produced by trying different interpolation methods with the help of Surfer 13 software; interpolation methods are compared among themselves.
