Abstract (EN)
Turkey is in the position of a country where the phenomenon of migration is constantly experienced with the urbanization at the end of the 1950s. When a study is conducted on the regions of Turkey, the Eastern Anatolia Region is among the regions that give the most immigrants. Of course, there are multiple reasons for these migrations. In our study, these reasons were evaluated by considering the problems at the macro level (political, social, economic and cultural), and at the micro level (Ardahan; city, women, work, marriage, etc.). In this context, in the study, "Immigration and Women's Opinions on the Problem of Migration" were tried to be researched in the city of Ardahan, which is a border city of the Eastern Anatolia Region and where the phenomenon of continuous migration is on the agenda.
