Abstract (EN)
In this study, the early state characteristics of the nomadic pastoralist societies and the formation of the law in nomadic pastoralist societies were studied. It was aimed to discuss the impact of the social structure of the nomadic pastoralist on the formation of the state and the law. In this context, firstly the theories of the nomadic pastoralist societies and the theories of the formation of the state within the social types of the nomadic pastoralist were studied in detail. Finally, the early state characteristics of the nomadic pastoralist societies and the legal structures are tried to be related to the social structure.
