A monographic study on the context of "elective affinities" exhibition

This dissertation study aims to read the conception of form, which is the artistic practice of Mehmet Dere, as a monographic reading through the exhibition project entitled "Elective Affinities". Within the scope of Proficiency in Art dissertation, just like in several practices designated as "contemporary art" in which Dere hosts his creations, it is aimed to make visible the combination of thought and emotion that constitutes the core material of "form" as the conceptual nature of the artist's works.
