Sexual development of blinds and individuals with normal vision

The aim of this research is to understand whether there are any differences inthe sexual development between visual handicapped adolescents with no visualhandicap.The subjects of the research are contituted by 137 students with total, lowvision and no visual handicap between 11-17 years who continued AnkaraAydınlıkevler Göreneller Visual Handicapped Elementary School, Mitat Enç VisualHandicapped Elementary School (the second grade students), Halide Edip andCumhuriyet High School (the studentsin normal and inclusion classes) in 2004-2005education year.During the analysiss of the research data, central tendency measurement unitswere used .The data which were gathered with the poll were recorded on the tables and oneach table frequencies and percentages were shown. Besides, for the variables searchedfor the relation between each other kay-kare (x²) test was caried out.The research findings show that there are differences between the sexualdevelopment of the visual handicapped adolescents and the adolescents with o handicap.
