Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this paper is to evaluate beginning teachers? problems faced by them in their first year. The practice of research has been carried out with 529 beginning teachers in ?stanbul (Bahçelievler, Bağcılar, Güngören), ?anlıurfa, Van and these cities? districts that it is stated most primary teacher by Ministry of Education.In analizying data gathered through questionnaire was used percentage, frequency, arithmetical mean calculations, Mann Whitney U-test and Kruskal Wallis analyze technique.
