Abstract (EN)

As a result of technological developments in recent years, electronic publishing has been prevented from publishing due to the concept of publishing, the presentation, storage and distribution of electronic media. Electronic journals are one of the most preferred types of electronic publishing, and are also a form of publication that involves visual interaction with readers. Although e-journals are often seen as the transfer of printed journals to electronic media, they have different design types with multimedia features (internet, video, motion picture). A design-efficient e-journal should be used for the purpose of multimedia features. In this study, the importance of electronic journals in terms of design and their accessibility in websites is emphasized and shown as an alternative study. The aim of this research is to examine the visual journals with the focus on Visual Communication Design. For this purpose, general screening models were used. In the first part of the study, magazine design and electronic journal publishing, magazine types and visual identity concepts in magazine design are discussed. In the second part of the research in the world and in Turkey by giving examples of places to visual communication magazine examined according to the principles of visual identity design. The last part of the research is; As an alternative to the Visual Communication Design Journals which have been examined according to the corporate identity design, an original www. gorseliletisimtasarimidergisi.com has been designed.
