Abstract (EN)

The general purpose of this study is the evaluation of special features? visual design of science and technology course software in elementary education.This study is applied in 2008-2009 spring education year in Çukurova University, Ceyhan Vocational Institution of higher education. Quasi-Experimental method is used in this study. Experimental and Control groups were chosen neutrally used in this study. Elementary Science and Technology soft wares, Bilden, Eurosoft, Kraker ve Zambak were reached. Pre test and Post Test were applied with control and experimental groups and four different elementary seventh grade soft ware were presented the students for their ideas.Working group is the second class? students of Çukurova University, Ceyhan Vocational Institution of higher education. Normal education class is control group and the second education class is experimental group.The sample of this study is forty students. Experimental group is twenty students and control group is twenty students.?Visual Design Scale? was used for collecting the results. At the end of the study, Statistical Package Program for Social Sciences (SPPS 17.0) was used for analyzing the results. One way Anova used for the comparison between the softwares.It is researched whether or not makes difference between the experimental and control group. Two way Anova was used for these results. At the end of the study, according to Visual Design, It is determined that there are significant differences between the soft wares and there is not a significant difference according to visual design scale between experimental and control groups.
