Abstract (EN)
Image processing algorithms are used in different areas such as health, security, defence and etc.. In this study some of the image processing algorithms are implemented on the FPGA processing board. On the FPGA development board, which is produced by Altera company, some designs, like image color changement, morphological dilation and erosion, red color object tracking, skin color detection and sobel filter, are realized. During this implementations, Verilog hardware design language is used. Results are observed in real time via a monitor which is connected the FPGA development board. It is thought that, this research would be a basis of more complicated image processing systems.
