It is necessary to determine the color of the teeth, which has an important place in dentistry, and its compatibility with neighboring teeth in terms of color should be error-free or have a high accuracy rate. Because teeth are one of the areas that attract the most attention of people. Due to the methods used in determining the color, environmental effects, eye fatigue and many factors, the color determination process with the eye causes a color difference between the artificial tooth and the natural tooth and creates incompatibility between the neighboring teeth. Many electronic devices have been developed for such situations and it is aimed to reduce errors. There are many models of these electronic devices according to their cost, size and usage areas and accuracy. In this thesis, it has been tried to produce high accuracy results according to the VITA Toothguide 3D-MASTER tooth color scale by passing the images obtained by the camera using a fixed and high quality light source through some image processing algorithms in the computer environment. For this purpose, more than one photograph was obtained and environmental factors in the obtained images were minimized and color mapping of the teeth in the mouth was made. The result was produced by comparing the color averages of the images obtained with the data taken in the scale.
