Abstract (EN)
Image Restoration is recovery of an image for better analyse or display and some features as its emphasizing of edges, boundaries or brightness. Restoration process doesn?t increase the natural data quantity but it increases the dynamic boundaries of the feature that chosen for being comprehensive easily. Nowadays, many applications as recognition of car plates, medical or military applications, forensic inquiries, tissue analysis e.g.uses the technics of image processing. In this kind of applications, high performance is related with image quality. The cameras for high quality raise the applicaiton cost. Low resolution images are transformed into high resolution images by using some algorithmes for meeting the requriments. In this way, it is aimed to raise the achievements and get high resolution images by using simple cameras.MATLAB is a mathematical solution platform that provides to eventuate of the processes and intense mathematical algoritmas by avaliable functions and programs. In this study, some applications for image process are materialized by using some features of MATLAB. In the applications, the GUIDE is used which is for designing interface tool. In this thesis, some experiments are made by using filters as Wiener, Median and Gauss for restorating image. In the result of experimental studies on corrupted test images it is understood that movement blur of reverse filter is more successful in correcting of blur effects of Gauss shaped and Wienwe Filter is more successful in correcting of blur and noise effects and Median filter is better in salt-pepper noise and Gauss shaped filter is better in removing of the Gauss shaped noise. So, the blur image which is got in the result of combining with Gaussian Matrix is tried to be clear by reverse filter but the rolls corrupts the image in FFT tarnsform.Key Words : Digital İmage, Digital Filtre, İmage Processing, İmage Restoration
