Özet (EN)

In this thesis, the interface to GeoEtrim software is introduced. In addition, GeoEtrim software has been moved from MATLAB to C#. GeoEtrim is a software developed for the purpose of geometrical analysis of images and generation of 2/3D geospatial information. Although GeoEtrim was developed in the MATLAB environment up to now, it is decided to continue in C# for overcoming the challenges such as importing/reading big sized image files or collecting GCP&ICP. Creating project, importing image(s), enhancing the image contrast, GCP&ICP collection, and sub-package of GeoTransform, to run sensor-independent transformation models such as similarity, affine, polynomial, affine projective, DLT and sensor-independent RFM for 2D georeferencing accuracy assessment, are the major opportunities of the current version. Besides, blunder and parameter validation tests are also available. GeoEtrim can be downloaded for the scientific and educational applications free-of-charge.
