Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, solutions to the problems encountered in visible light communication systems are presented with new methods and techniques. Deep learning in visible light communication systems, artificial neural networks, etc. Studies have been carried out to reference the use of technologies. The camera of the mobile phone was used as the receiver, and the LCD monitor connected to the computer was used as the transmitter. The effect of decoding with color spaces on communication performance has been investigated. The software in the communication system is prepared in Python language. An alternative solution to the problem of daylight, which is a problem in visible light communication with image processing technique, is presented. The effects of the transmitter-receiver distance on the data transmission rate in communication were investigated.
