Avrupa Birliği'nde yönetişim = Governance in European Union

Governance that has become a very popular concept in the late 1990s has no exact definition. In this paper, definition of governance in the international scene and the point of view of European Union to the concept is tried be explained. The timing for the definition of governance and its aim is analysed. The object of this paper is to observe the renovations realised in the executive power and to find out if the developments in governance are for preparation of the Constitution or not.
