Abstract (EN)
In this work, firstly, using the Am-241 radioisotop seaurc emitting filtered 59,5 keV photon, mass attenuation coefficients of natural crystals was measured.Secandly, mass attenuation coefficients of crystals GaAs and InP were measured depending on energy. The obtained experimental values were compared with theoretical ones. An agreement was obtained between experimental and theoretical values for 59,5 keV photon energy. But some discrepancies out of error scalas were obtained for 122 keV and 1334 keV photon energies. Finally, measuring mass attenuation coefficients of normal Si and porse Si crystals depending on energy, the effect of porse structure on mass attenuation coefficients was investigated. The obtained experimental values were compared with theoretical ones. Keywords: Attenuation coefficient, crystals, porse crystals
