Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, a context-aware, web service and GPS based mobile system generating information services responses according to profile and context data, has been developed. System updates profile of users according to their service preferences. This system sends context data to the server application with no entry from the user. The server application replies using some evaluation results of recorded actions. Selected actions have been saved to update profile of the user.By using this application, information services results are generated according to profile and context data without any effort from the user. The actions which user may be interested are automatically updated using profile of the user. Time consuming selections of list of services, becomes easier by the usage of this system. The mobile user receives only required and interested information about the services. The application saves time, resources of mobile machines and costs. In addition, generating service results according to attributes about health is an important issue for emergency situations.
