Abstract (EN)
In this thesis work, it is intended to establish a position determining system with integration of GPS(Global Positioning System) technology to today?s popular software techologies which was built according to the service oriented architecture. Under this thesis work, technologies such as GPS, .NET, Web Service and Google Maps are used to designed software named Smart Location Finder. Moreover, this developed software applied to today?s professions to see it?s benefits and advantages.
