Abstract (EN)

Keywords: Polyamide 6, graphite, wax, mechanical properties, dielectric properties In this thesis, the effect of 2%, 4% and 6% wax addition to the structural and dielectric properties of the composite polyamide-6 polymer, doped with% 5 graphite, is investigated. The samples produced in an injection device and subjected to an extraction process. Strain resistivity and elastic properties was measured. Teared parts subjected to SEM and XRD images and the results have been discussed, then, the structure was identified. A rectangular shaped part of a sample coated by silver from two parallel sides. This coated sample mounted on a furnace monitored by a time dependent heat controller. Frequency and temperature dependent capacitances (C), impedances (Z) and lost factors (tanθ) have been evaluated by a high frequency LCR meter, between 20Hz-10MHz. By using capacitances, real dielectric constants〖(ε〗^') and imaginary dielectric constants (ε^'') have been calculated. Results have been discussed and dielectric properties of material have been identified.
