Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, an educational tool has been designed to use education of power electronics circuits suitable with Skinner's 'Programmed Instruction Method'. The tool is a computer simulation program consists of fourteen power electronics circuits. In the simulation program, experiments, which are Power Electronics lesson, have been applied to on PC. Thus, the visualization and interactivity has pointed out and meaningful learning has supplied with the giving permanent knowledge.Key Words Education on Computer, Power Electronic, C++ Builder
