Power electronic systems are widely used in home appliances,space systems, ligthing, heating, communication, energy transmission and storing.Some of systems input characteristics are different from network characteristic. The duty ofpower electronic circuits is providing input characteristic that needed by load. Power energyconverting and controlling, occur with semiconductor power devices (BJT, MOSFET, SCR, GTO,IGBT, TR AK …) used like a turn on -turn off state switch.In this thesis, computer aided analysis of power electronic systems has been made.
