Abstract (EN)

The main subject of this research is a process that affects the relationships between employees in the subjects related to the education and health of nurses, which is an assistance program for public hospital employees, and the mediating role of stress in this relationship. It is a tool that supports the nature and development of job stress for the education and possible results of primary school students' daily work experiences. This means that in addition to the effects of organizations on the physically disabled, the effects of organizations on their cultural and social structures are also important. The second aim is to determine the types of silent resignations and personnel among nurses. To carry out activities aimed at eliminating stress, to carry out activities aimed at stress management, and to carry out activities aimed at stress management. Finally, the researcher examines the interactions and interactive roles between active employees and the increase in job stress. Data will be collected through surveys on nurses in a public health format and will be provided through the SPSS Program analyzer. The results of this program are required to conduct a research in the field of law, which is part of the health care sector, and a research in the field of law of vocational education institutions.
