Disputes concerning Customs Law, and legal remedies

The controversy about law of customs is a kind of controversy that is between customs administration and obliged agents and occurs because of the vialation of customs rules. To settle the controversy,the subjects that constitute thecontroversy should be determined and analyzing all the administrative and judicial legal procedures. In the first section of this study,there are definitions about customs rules , information about contacts,authorities and agents that carry out the customs processes.In the second section ,the decleration methods that enable the customs processes get started.In the third section, the subject about the date,rescript,realization,and assurance that enables the encashment of customs tax are analyzed.In the fourth section,the situations that end the tax of customs are investigated.In the fifth section of the study, the customs regime that regulate the customs processes is evaluated.In the six section , the punishments that are imposed in the cases of nonobedience to customs rules are clarified. Finally,in the seventh section of the study legal remedies for customs controversy faced about customs rules and other laws are evaluated. On the whole, in this study, the controversies about law of customs are tried to be explained by remarking which subjects they are about.And legal remedies of these controversies are tried to be analyzed within high court definitions.
