The main aim of this study; ecological systems approach from the perspective of Gumushane province of caregivers providing home care services, identification of difficulties arising from care, to assess their opinions and suggestions.Home care services that individuals as well, the limited studies examining the need for order, Gumushane province in the absence of studies on this matter and Gumushane in this study because of the more elderly population, it is hoped, would help fill the gap in this field. Scan models discussed in this sample of the study, Gumushane Central Directorate of Social Services home care field, has created 206 individuals aged 65 and over residing in elderly individuals who care centers and places of Gumushane. Significant results obtained from the study are as follows: Gumushane they are usually married and less educated Social Service Center home care services from the Directorate of individuals, it was understood that they live with that located in the lower income groups and families. Caregivers are individuals who experience difficulties in many respects in general. At the beginning of this difficulty; Individuals who need home care bathe, change of gold, to entrust someone else to eat meals, to remove the bed, unable to come to make sure the security of the communication problems and their family members live. In large most of the care that there is no help to rest themselves and help they need individual, partially reduced by those who help care burden, they did not do anything in your free time, they can not participate in the socio-cultural and sports activities, a hobby and they do not have deal with any of care they receive training, psychological status of, their physical health, their family life, which affected negatively the economic freedom and at home has been determined that they need different services involved in the care model.In line with the data obtained from this study will reduce the difficulty of individuals who care home care and some suggestions were made to improve their quality of life.
