Investigation of Gümüştuğ (Torul-Gümüşhane) antimonite mineralization by soil geochemistry

The aim of the thesis is to determine the antimonite mineralization of Gümüştuğ within the borders of Torul District of Gümüşhane; geology, mineralogical properties of soil geochemistry. In the Gümüştuğ antimonite mineralization area, Late Cretaceous sedimentary rock intercalated andesite, basalt, pyroclasts and intrusive rocks of Eocene diorite, quartz diorite, quartz monzodiorite intruded into these rocks are exposed. In the area, granitic young intrusive rocks and hydrothermal vein type developed antimonite mineralization are found in the sidewalks where these rocks intrude.
