Abstract (EN)
Energy is shown as the most important factor in terms of being able to have a global competitive area, increasing national prosperity and bringing the level of development to a certain stage. In order to meet these needs, the use of energy resources should be increased. Turkey is a very rich country in terms of renewable energy sources. The sun is at the forefront of these sources. Regulations have been introduced and started to be applied to the production network for the needs of the more individual consumers as well as the production plants of the big solar energy. Consumers who want to meet the energies with the applications of individual domestic roof solar systems need a decision support system. In this thesis, a decision support system is suggested for consumers or decision makers who want to install a solar energy system in the roofs of buildings for individual or institutional needs. By this way individual users will be able to reach the solar energy system they aim with this decision support system which can meet the installed power and can make the system element selection that is most suitable for the area.
